Yes, sadly it is true- there is a problem with the server hosting it and they won't support the type of script the application runs off any longer. We are going to get this taken care of before January 28th (application due date) even if it means resorting to old hard-copy paper applications. If you try to fill out the application online, it will either give you an error message or claim that it was sent successfully yet never make it to my mailbox.
